These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the El Alfajor Viajero website and any store, content, or services made available through it by Tarbut Education.

1. Website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, educational, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, copy protected content for commercial use, or violate another person’s rights.
2. Book information and availability
We try to describe the book, pricing, language, images, edition status, and availability accurately. Colors and images may vary by screen or production. The first edition may be displayed for discovery even when sold out. Announcements about a future edition are informational and are not a guarantee of a release date, quantity, price, or availability.
3. Orders, payments, shipping, and returns
When purchasing is active, an order is an offer to buy and is accepted only when Tarbut Education or its fulfillment provider confirms it. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable causes. Payment, taxes, shipping, delivery estimates, cancellations, and returns may also be governed by the checkout notices and policies shown at the time of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Intellectual property
The website, book artwork, text, branding, photographs, recipes as presented, layout, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tarbut Education and their respective creators. Except where law permits, you may not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt, or distribute them without written permission.

The site may link to third-party platforms, media, payment services, shipping services, or social networks. Tarbut Education does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.
